Room sizes often smaller than expected!!! Noise from nearby streets can be disruptive to sleep!!! Maintenance care feels neglected in some areas!!!

We loved the prime location, just a short stroll to stunning sights like Hagia Sophia. The staff was exceptional, especially Sevgi, who greeted us every morning and ensured we had everything we needed. Rooms were clean and welcoming, making for a cozy family stay.
